- 1 banana, frozen if possible
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 handfuls kale
- ½ Tbsp all-natural, organic peanut butter
- ½ red or green apple, chopped
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almondmilk
- ½ cup - ¾ cup ice if not using frozen banana
- 1 tsp Stevia® or honey (optional)

- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute until drink has reached desired consistency.
- If not using a frozen banana, then add ½ cup to ¾ cup chopped ice cubes to blender.

- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup raspberries (fresh* or frozen**)
- ½ cup water
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
